A New Year!

Yep its that time of the year again when we all make our resolutions to lose weight.  And then we promptly break them.  I really am going to try this year.  I don't know how much weight that holds, but I am really going to try.  2012 is starting out as a real year for growth, maturity and commitment.  I have a lot going on right now, and I have a lot I want to accomplish.  I am hoping that I can start out on the right path and utilize my new interests and hobbies to make losing weight more enjoyable. When I have more of my plan laid out, I will write back, in the meantime, please stay tuned and if you are out there and can share words of encouragement, or tips, or ideas, I would love your feedback! Thursday PT

Last night I met up again with Toria, and she gave me quite the workout again.  I was really feeling it in my abs.  Yesterday's diet wasn't the greatest.  I grazed at work quite a bit thanks to my boss's going away party.  I had some fruit, a bagel and a small slice of cheesecake.  For dinner I had some left over chicken salad on a whole wheat bread thingy.  Things must be working cause I am down about 2.5 lbs since the first time I met up with her 2 weeks ago.

Wednesday Whoops

I did manage to make it to the gym yesterday for some cardio before derby practice. Though the diet wasn't the greatest. Ice cream and cake at work for a co-workers birthday and I caved and got a bite to eat on the way to practice. At least my water intake was really good. Tonight I meet with Toria again. Wish me luck!
