Thursday PT
Last night I met up again with Toria, and she gave me quite the workout again. I was really feeling it in my abs. Yesterday's diet wasn't the greatest. I grazed at work quite a bit thanks to my boss's going away party. I had some fruit, a bagel and a small slice of cheesecake. For dinner I had some left over chicken salad on a whole wheat bread thingy. Things must be working cause I am down about 2.5 lbs since the first time I met up with her 2 weeks ago.

Wednesday Whoops
I did manage to make it to the gym yesterday for some cardio before derby practice. Though the diet wasn't the greatest. Ice cream and cake at work for a co-workers birthday and I caved and got a bite to eat on the way to practice. At least my water intake was really good. Tonight I meet with Toria again. Wish me luck!

Tuesday Evening
Managed to do alright with my lunch today, kept me full and going throughout the day.
I am also pretty proud of myself for getting through that workout again today on my own. I sure can feel the burn in my legs! And I also did 30 mins on the treadmill when I was done.
Dinner when I got home was two leftover ribs from last night and a cold beer ;)
Looking forward to tomorrow.

So Far, So Good
This week has started off pretty well. Still having a pop in the morning but switching to water as soon as I'm done.
Had a good workout yesterday doing some high intensity eliptical for 45 mins.
Met with the PT last Thursday and we went through a lot of great moves. Will do my best today to reinact it.
Packed a good lunch yesterday of gazpacho & a greek salad. Hopefully today, my lunch will do its job and not leave me hungry in the afternoon.

Tuesday Update
I think I'm finally over my cold. I went to the gym last night and did an hour on the treadmill. I've been eating fairly well also. For two days now, I have weighed in at 180.8. Down 5.8 lbs from the start of the year. It's not much, but I'll take it. Let's hope it stays off. :)
