Yesterday Was A Good Day

So yesterday I brought a lunch to work that Mikey had packed for me. It included a yogurt (with some oatbran, shredded wheat and craisens) for breakfast, a banana, an orange, some grapes, veggies, an eggsalad sandwich, and a granola bar. Managed to go all day without a pop, but instead had 2 Crystal Lites (the kind with no artificial sweetners).

When I got home last night, I did 73 minuets on the Wii Fit. I was pretty whipped by then. I should have gone to bed earlier, but I did manage to sleep pretty well.

Trying out a new mobil editor

This week has been good so far. I havent been bringing my lunch, but I have been going to the gym. Tonight, I will see my chiropractor and then have some time on the Wii Fit. Thank Goodness its Hump Day!

Made it to the gym today. Did an hour on the tradmill. Feeling pretty tired right now but would go out id someone asked. Lol

Wii Wednesday

I know, I don't come up with very clever titles. Today I brought another lunch to work and I just got done packing one for tomorrow. Didn't go to the gym today because I opted to see the chiropractor again. He's still working on getting my hips aligned. However, I did come home and did an hour on the Wii Fit as I promised I would. Down a pound from Monday so I guess that's a start. My Mii is still a little porker though. Tomorrow I hope to hit the gym again. Tonight I plan to find the Bio-freeze... my muscles are achin!

Let's Get Re-Started!

Well I've been struggling to get back into the groove of things... But today is going to be a good day. Packed a lunch, brought my workout cloths with me to work and going to hit the gym right after work. Mom also bought me a Wii Fit Plus for Easter. I have used it a few times now and enjoy it. Its something different. I'll keep going to the gym but will jump on the Wii on days I don't make it. :)
